Salary: Base salary of £40,000 with OTE of £100,000 (uncapped).

The Role
Are you a passionate, technically-minded Sales Consultant eager to impact the renewable energy sector? This role involves leading sales initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and engaging clients.
You will manage: end-to-end sales processes, site surveys, system designs, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
Additional responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, providing quotations, and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
By leveraging your sales expertise and technical knowledge, you will help expand our market reach and support our mission to deliver sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Solar & Battery Expertise: Design and sell PV & battery storage systems, applying electrical knowledge.
* Site Surveys: Conduct surveys, assess needs, and design tailored solutions.
* Sales & Financial Modelling: Drive sales, manage the sales cycle, and use design and financial tools.
* Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships through excellent service.
* Collaboration & Innovation: Work with the design team and stay updated on industry trends.
* Market Research: Monitor trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Pipeline & Performance Management: Track activities and report progress to meet targets.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven Sales Success: Track record in domestic solar sales and target achievement.
* Negotiation Skills: Full sales cycle management and long-term relationship building.
* Pipeline Management: Effective pipeline management and prospect follow-up.
* CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems.
* Self-Motivation & Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Adaptability & Learning: Stay updated on PV and battery tech.
* Market Awareness: Understand market trends and competitors.
* Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills for client satisfaction.
