Control Systems Engineer
The company specializes in the design and development of Process Control and Management Systems. The engineering design team consists of software and commissioning personnel, with expertise in a broad range of systems, from basic PLC and PC-based SCADA to more complex product traceability and high-level Management Information Systems.
Due to an extended period of exponential growth, they are looking for a Control System Engineer to join the expanding design team.
About The Control System Engineer Role
You will be responsible for the design and development of bespoke PLC program solutions for a variety of markets.
The Control System Engineer will be responsible for:
1. Designing, developing, and implementing PLC systems for manufacturing and utilities environments.
2. Collaborating with clients and teams to gather project specifications.
3. Programming and configuring PLCs for machinery control.
4. Testing and debugging PLC programs for reliability.
5. Integrating PLCs with other automation technology.
6. Providing technical support during installation and maintenance.
7. Collaborating to integrate PLC systems seamlessly.
8. Documenting all aspects of PLC design and implementation.
A successful Control System Engineer will need:
1. Prior PLC programming and writing experience.
2. Proficiency in Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC programming.
3. Demonstrated prior experience in a related sector.
