We are proud to announce a new contract with Northern Ireland Water to provide Facilities Management, Maintenance Services, and Minor Project Works across the extensive North-West region. As part of this exciting project, we are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a plumbing bias to join our dynamic team.

Location: Mobile NI - North West Region - Omagh and Enniskillen Area
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform reactive and planned plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance within NI Water facilities as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk.
* Conduct minor building fabric repairs as required to support the overall maintenance strategy.
* Contribute to the delivery of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and project works under the NI Water contract.
* Represent GRAHAM professionally, interacting courteously with clients and stakeholders.
* Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats.
* Utilise electronic devices to manage and efficiently complete tasks.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing and mechanical issues, sourcing parts and liaising with manufacturers as needed.
* Maintain high health and safety standards, performing risk assessments for each task.
* Provide out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
About You
Essential Criteria:
* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, focusing on plumbing and mechanical systems.
* Full UK Driver’s License.
* Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.
Desirable Criteria:
* IOSH – Working Safely or equivalent certification.
* IT skills, particularly in using PDAs for task management.
* Asbestos awareness training.
