What will you do?
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage relationships and sell the Alfabet portfolio within your region. Acting as a strategic advisor, you’ll use consultative, value-based selling to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
You’ll coordinate with Sales Specialists, Solution Engineers, Inside Sales, SDRs, and Consultants to generate qualified opportunities, close new business, and establish long-term strategic partnerships with your customers.
Your responsibilities include:
* Sell the Alfabet portfolio as part of a virtual sales team.
* Clearly communicate Alfabet’s value proposition to potential customers.
* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets using company-approved sales processes.
* Identify and engage new accounts, meeting with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
* Build relationships with CIOs, IT executives, LOB leaders, and program managers.
* Accurately forecast and report sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Track customer details, including use cases, purchase timelines, and next steps.
* Close new business and expand existing accounts.
* Balance quick wins with managing longer, complex sales cycles.
* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and qualification.
* Conduct discovery to identify enterprise customer needs and drive the sales process.
* Create and execute a strategic plan to achieve revenue goals.
* Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce.com CRM for accurate reporting.
* Collaborate with Partners and the Partner Team to identify and pursue opportunities.
What are we looking for?
* Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 5+ years of experience selling Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio Management platforms.
* Sales Expertise: Proven track record selling software solutions to new accounts, with deal sizes from $50K to $1M+. Consistently meets or exceeds quotas, with top sales recognition.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to understand customer needs, challenges, and expectations. Willing to travel as needed to build relationships and drive sales.
* Prospecting & Communication: Excellent prospecting skills across multiple tools and channels. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Strategic & Consultative Selling: Ability to navigate complex business models and processes, applying a consultative sales approach. Skilled in working with Business Process Owners to define functional and technical requirements.
* Collaboration & Adaptability: Self-starter with a structured, team-oriented approach. Growth mindset, embracing new ideas, technologies, and ways of working.
* Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and deep understanding of sales performance metrics.
* Remote Work & Engagement: Comfortable working 100% remotely while effectively building meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
