A growing and ambitious digital marketing agency is seeking a Paid Media Lead to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager with a passion for paid media to take ownership of strategy and execution, driving the success of campaigns for high-profile clients whilst leading a talented team in a role that will guarantee growth and progression.
The Role:
As a Paid Media Team Lead, you'll manage the strategy and execution of successful paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal results for clients and leading a team of paid media managers. This role reports to the Head of Paid Media, managing clients with budgets up to six-figure spends.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage paid media accounts across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.
2. Develop strategies, launch campaigns, and handle budget management and reporting.
3. Oversee keyword research, copy drafts, and client recommendations.
4. Review new campaigns for technical and setting accuracy.
5. Ensure efficient budget allocation based on client priorities.
6. Support the team with optimization opportunities based on performance.
