We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst join us in Bradford (BD4) on a permanent basis – Hybrid working minimum 2 days office based.
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with strong product knowledge to join our expanding Enterprise Systems & Technology team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of top-notch products and solutions.

What will you be doing?
* Translate business requirements from a product perspective into precise technical specifications.
* Work closely with the development team to ensure products align with business objectives and meet end-user needs.
* Utilise your expertise in technical concepts and product lifecycle management to drive successful product outcomes.
* Convert business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories. Create comprehensive product documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, workflows, user interfaces, and system integrations.
* Apply your product knowledge to understand the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring the product vision aligns with business strategy and customer needs.
* Collaborate with product management teams to prioritize features and functionality based on business needs, user feedback, and market trends. Assist in developing product roadmaps.
* Work with business stakeholders and product managers to capture, analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements. Conduct thorough assessments to ensure requirements align with overall business goals.
We tend to look for people with:
Essential:
* Experienced Technical BA background or within a similar role.
* Experience in a product management or product development environment.
* Understanding of product development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
* Experience working with cloud technologies and delivering digitisation projects.
* Experience in product and software development lifecycle.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven stakeholder management abilities, including interactions with senior leadership.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and a user-centric approach to product development.
* Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (awareness of AI offerings a bonus)
* Understanding of technical languages (Python, React/JavaScript)
* Understanding of technical architecture, including both on-premises and cloud environments.
* Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
