We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our busy team in Shawlands. Our Administrators work hard to support our Sales Teams. Being an Administrator in one of our offices is a very important role - they are the backbone and the eyes and ears of the office; and a vital part of the team - paramount to the office running smoothly.You will need to be organised and "on the ball" - this is a varied role and every day is different. From preparing market appraisal packs for Managers; managing team`s diaries and booking in viewings, tasks and reminders; to producing important sales correspondence.Communication in the office is key and it is vital for our administrators to be aware of the status of each property - when it changes then action is required immediatelyMeeting with the public on a daily basis gives our administrators the opportunity to deal with new and varied people every day. Our clients are at various stages of their property search - so they must maintain a high standard of customer care and offer a friendly, professional service at all times. Our Administrators thoroughly enjoy working with people, provide outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a fast paced environment with friendly sales people. Your idea of a successful day is being kept busy, organised and helpful - nothing is ever too much trouble. You ideally have previously worked in Estate Agency or a similar environment You`re a well organised team player, excellent oral and written communication skills. You enjoy organising an office to ensure it runs smoothly - and have previous experience of doing that well Highly computer literate - in databases, MS Word, Excel and Outlook. A friendly and professional approach Previous Estate Agency experience would be desirable but not essential. Why join us?
