Job Description:
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) at Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching career in a supportive environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide and mentor you as you transition into the teaching profession. Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students across key stages 1 and 2.
* Plan and implement creative and effective teaching strategies that cater to a wide range of learning needs.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to the development of the school community.
* Engage in professional development opportunities and work towards meeting the Teachers’ Standards.
* Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices and resources.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or in the process of completing your initial teacher training.
* Demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be committed to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students.
* Show a willingness to learn and grow in your career, with the support of our comprehensive ECT induction programme.
