About the Role and our Ideal Candidate
The Project Manager will provide high-quality project management expertise and capacity to the Co-Chairs of the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. You will:
Lead the monitoring and reporting on progress against all aspects of the Integrated Neighborhood Teams’ business plans
Strategically plan, manage and coordinate discrete programmes and projects for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
Project Manage the implementation of the Integrated Neighbourhood Team Operating Model, to ensure that the Teams improve health and wellbeing outcomes
Forge excellent relationships with a range of senior stakeholders who are part of the ‘team of teams’ that make up Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
About you
This exciting and varied role will help to make a positive difference to the delivery of health and care services in neighbourhoods.
To be successful in this role you will be:
A highly experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of achieving significant deliverables across multiple partners
Able to manage senior stakeholders and use your exceptional communication and influencing skills to persuade them to take actions that will enhance service delivery at the neighbourhood level
Experienced at managing teams to deliver change in local government. health and/or the community, charity and faith sector
Knowledgeable of, and able to adapt and apply, innovative approaches to transforming services in local government, health, primary care and/or the community, charity and faith sector
Able to apply project management techniques to successfully manage projects in a complex multi stakeholder environment
Able to manage a busy and varied work programme

The Health and Care Integration team is part of the Public Health & Wellbeing Directorate. It is a busy, dynamic and forward-looking Directorate with ambitions to significantly improve the health and wellbeing of Sutton’s population, and reduce health inequalities.
The Health and Care Integration team leads work to improve outcomes for Sutton residents through closer working between health, care and other partners and in line with the Sutton Health and Care Plan. This includes Sutton’s four Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. From addressing loneliness to improving mental wellbeing and promoting healthy lifestyles, the Teams are leading a range of projects that are rooted in neighbourhood priorities, as well as contributing towards Sutton-wide priorities, including Proactive Care and cardiovascular disease.
