Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
* Handling a range of pre-litigated and litigated industrial disease claims with a particular focus on military claims

* Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience specialising in Personal Injury, Industrial Disease or Military Illness / Injury Claims
* Newly qualified applications welcome as long as you hold a minimum of 1 year pre-qualifying work experience in Personal Injury, Industrial Disease or Military Illness / Injury Claims
