LSH Auto is on the lookout for a Front of House Team Leader to join our vibrant team at our dealership in Birmingham. In this role, you will play a key part in providing a superior customer experience while leading and managing a skilled team of Hosts.
Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring your team, ensuring that guests are warmly welcomed, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service throughout the dealership. You will play a fundamental role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and customers alike.
This leadership position requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on motivating team members and efficiently managing daily operations.
Hours: 40
Salary: £26,000
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise the Front of House team to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
2. Train, motivate, and develop team members to deliver a fantastic guest experience.
3. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
4. Collaborate with other departments to support the seamless operation of the dealership.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least one year in a supervisory or team leader position.
2. Ability to lead and inspire a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
5. Basic knowledge of automotive products is an advantage.
