Various Hours
£11.50 per hour plus monthly service charge, typically £2,400 annually

Purpose of the Role
* Delivering the concept and ethos to the required five-star standards
* Competently maintain the operation of the restaurant and bars during service
* Inspire and motivate your peers to deliver outstanding customer service
* Responsible for cash and stock security
* Proactively learn and know in detail our Food and Beverage offerings, being able to passionately describe and sell this to our guests
* Carry out the set up and breakdown of the restaurant
About You
* Hardworking, friendly, team player with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering authentic Yorkshire hospitality
* Previous experience of working in a large upscale, high volume restaurant and bar is preferred; however, full training will be provided
* Presentable and personable with outstanding customer service skills
* Go above and beyond with all guests while supporting fellow team members with respect
