Carbon60 are currently looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to join a client of theirs based on the McCains site in Peterborough. This position is a 12 Week temp to perm position.
Pay/Salary: £25,500/annum £13.08/hour
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week, 30 mins unpaid break, no overtime
Type of Employment: 12 weeks temporary to permanent
Main duties & responsibilities:
Receiving, checking and receipting deliveries - using both company and Customer computer systems to log deliveries received
Storing goods, picking and delivering orders around site
Interfacing directly with customer at all levels
Stock checks - weekly/ monthly/ annually as required
Housekeeping within the stores area
Completing required documentation
Utilising multiple IT systems to achieve targeted goals
Being initial and key point of contact for the customer
Using Counterbalance FLT to transport and store goods - essentialEssential skills / experience / qualifications:
Counterbalance FLT duties - Active/Expired license or refresher required all ok or someone with no FLT experience/license but must be willing to undergo training and complete FLT duties on-site as key part of role
Stores/any warehouse experience not essential but advantageous - stores side can be trained
Engineering background advantageous but not essential
