Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with verified experience working as a Senior Residential Care Worker for children. You should be able to demonstrate or possess: Applicants must have 1 year Senior RCW and hold their NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Ideally hold a QCF level 4 & 5 Welsh qualification (If you do not hold this qualification you will be required and supported to obtain these) Full UK manual driving Licence Access to your own transport You will be passionate about working within the care sector and committed to delivering high-quality care services and positive outcomes. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills together with the flexible attitude necessary in this demanding environment Keen interest in outdoor education is also an advantage as we encourage our young people to be actively involved in the outdoors.
