Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company and they are looking to recruit a Data Analytics & Reporting Manager to join their head office team based in their call centre on a full-time permanent basis.
Hours: 39.5 hours per week Monday - Fri.
What duties would you be doing within the Data Analytics & Reporting Manager role?
* Analyse relevant data to determine workload volumes for both field service engineers and call centre
* Using CRM and customers booking trends, preferences and responses by geographical area, work type and volumes / dashboards / reports to provide feedback, insight, and knowledge to both Manager and the Service Director.
* Build statistical models to assess and forecast service engineer workload volume and contact centre call volumes, Utilising data generated from Salesforce and external partners to support the delivery of contract SLA's, by forecasting volumes by geographical location taking into consideration product sales pipeline conversion rates, customer churn rate etc.
* Work closely with all service teams to collect and refine requirements to ensure the needs of these users is accurately understood and addressed in the continuous development of the reporting framework.
* Support the service organisation by identifying and communicating actionable insights to improve performance.
* Utilise technical skills and expertise to help identify potential risks and opportunities to help the continuous improvement of resource requirements based on workload.
* Manage and support a team of data analysts, working on clear goals to ensure best practices for data management.
* Be the primary liaison between department heads on all data related matters, to Drive the business with all data requirements.
What will you bring to the Data Analytics & Reporting Manager role?
* Previous experience within a data analytics & reporting role within a contact centre environment
* Qualifications - An IT/Data analytics Qualification is a requirement for this role, with a strong proven track record.
* The successful applicant will have strong data intuition and be a data-driven problem solver with
* The ability to decipher trends in data and communicate these to the relevant stakeholders.
* An excellent knowledge of visualisation systems with a strong preference of power BI, SQL & Python.
* Candidates who are proactive and self-motivated, and that have a desire to solve problems and overcome barriers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to make complex data concepts easy to understand is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy is important.
