Main Purpose of Job: To supervise shifts and the team to oversee the successful running of a busy café and bar.

Job Overview: To support our Food and Beverage Manager with the running shifts in our busy café and restaurant delivering 5* service.
Main Tasks of Job Include:
* Giving 5* customer service
* Taking food and drink orders accurately and timely
* Ensuring food and drinks are served in a timely manner
* Liaising with Chefs to ensure the menu is kept up to date
* Manage team on shifts to ensure all team members are where they should be and are working effectively and efficiently
* Resolve any complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
* Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and food hygiene guidelines
* Motivating and encouraging the team
Requirements:
* Experience working in a busy and hectic café/bar environment
* High level of customer service
* Ability to deal well under pressure
Qualifications:
* Formal qualifications are not required in this post, but experience leading a team in a busy hospitality environment is desirable.
