The Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. You will work closely with a team of professionals to provide personalised, tailored learning experiences for children with a variety of needs, including physical, sensory, and cognitive disabilities. You will help create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages the development of essential life skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of each child. Support students in achieving their educational, social, and emotional goals. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, teaching assistants, and parents to provide holistic support. Adapt teaching methods and resources to suit different learning styles and abilities. Monitor progress and regularly review individual learning plans to ensure continuous development. Foster an inclusive, positive, and respectful classroom environment. About You: We are looking for someone who: Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Has experience working with children with severe and complex needs, ideally in a special education setting. Is patient, empathetic, and committed to providing the best possible support for children with diverse needs. Has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and outside agencies. Is flexible, creative, and able to adapt teaching methods to support individual learning needs. Holds a passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
