What You’ll Do
As the Talent & Development Specialist, you’ll take ownership of initiatives that will directly transform our workforce:
Design and Deliver Talent Programs: Create innovative development solutions to address capability gaps, support career progression, and improve internal mobility across the business. Your work will directly align with our strategic objectives.
Be a True Partner: Work closely with Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Business Partners, and operational leads, immersing yourself in their challenges and crafting bespoke solutions that meet real-world needs.
Future-Proof the Workforce: Collaborate with our Early Careers team to attract fresh talent and establish pathways that nurture and retain a future-ready workforce.
Lead with Creativity and Impact: Bring fresh ideas and cost-effective approaches that demonstrate measurable improvements in skills and performance.
This role demands someone who’s as comfortable shaping strategy as they are delivering practical solutions on the ground.
