Join the world of PepsiCo Supply Chain! We’re on the lookout for a Logistics Finance Business Partner to join our national Logistics leadership team. You'll work closely with all of the functional leads responsible for our warehousing and transport operations across the UK, helping to shape the future strategy of our network.
Responsibilities
1. Partner with Logistics Director and functional leads to develop and deliver the Logistics annual operating plan providing financial oversight, insights and analysis, striving to exceed business expectations.
2. Accountability and autonomy to lead the key weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial processes ( AOP, strategic 5 year planning, balance sheet reconciliation and month end reporting).
3. Financial modelling of strategic plans; formulating both short and long-term business plans whilst ensuring key business decisions are underpinned with robust financial justification.
4. Co-ordinate the logistics productivity pipeline; support ideation and provide governance for project managers to ensure financial rigor and benefit realisation.
5. Investment proposal development and financial appraisal.
6. POD management driving high revenue realisation within key SOX control processes.
7. Role model PepsiCo values and culture, and proactively support people development.
8. Be the escalation point for all Logistics finance decisions.
Qualifications
9. Financially qualified, management accountant or equivalent (CIMA).
10. Experience of business partnership within FMCG (Logistics preferred but not essential).
11. People management experience (leading a team of 9 in total).
12. Ability to build relationships and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
13. Experience In being able to effectively manage change.
14. Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and coach colleagues of all levels.
15. Clear communicator, able to deliver complex messages in a simple manner.
16. Flexible approach with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make good, balanced business decisions to meet future. business and customer requirements.
17. Demonstrated drive for results and a can do attitude.
