Job summary
We are looking for a experienced or aspiring secretary to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and /or to gain further experience within our Visiting Consultants Administration Hub working predominantly with our Orthodontics, Maxillofacial and Plastics services .
The post holder will be required to support the Visiting Consultants Administration Hub, with the flexibility to cover across the hub where required if necessary. The post holder will be responsible for running a safe and quality administration service that supports the medical and nursing staff.
35 Hours per week
Main duties of the job
To work as part of a secretarial/administration team to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Consultant workforce. To support the Surgical Administration Manager and Team Leader in the day to day running of a specialty administration team.
