We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for a client based in Redhill.
Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer queries promptly and accurately across multiple channels
2. Upselling when possible
3. Providing information about products
4. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data entry
The ideal Customer Service Executive Requirements:
1. Proven experience providing outstanding customer service
2. A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
4. Tech-savvy and comfortable using customer service systems or software
