My client is an established supplier to high street and online fashion retailers across multiple product areas and apparell. They are looking for a motivated Office and facilities administrator to assist the Office manager. Office and Facilities Administrator - The role Assisting with clerical/reception duties, checking emails, answering calls, booking travel, preparing and submitting expenses Tidying of Sample floor Answering the loading bay shutter for courier deliveries and bringing up the office floor via lift Skip / Bin collections Assembly of any furniture Breaking down rubbish to go into skip to ensure skip is fully used Moving office furniture around Some Ad-hoc roles Office and Facilities Administrator - Experience/Skills required: Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and organisational skills. Outstanding communication and follow-up skills. Eagerness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Permanent Full right to work in the UK required.
