Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with customers, promoting our clients' products and services to drive sales
2. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the success of our events
3. Learn and apply effective sales techniques, customer service skills, and closing strategies
4. Rotate through various departments, including sales, marketing, and event logistics, to build a well-rounded skill set
5. Work closely with team leaders and managers to support sales initiatives and develop your leadership potential
6. Maintain a positive and engaging environment at events to create memorable customer experiences
