Job Description
As Registered Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations and build a strong care team that delivers personal care services to our clients. You’ll ensure the branch has enough qualified care workers to meet demand, maintain high standards of care, and make sure all processes are correctly followed and documented. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, both internally and for external regulators and contract holders.
Qualifications
1. Registered Manager status.
2. Proven experience managing a branch in domiciliary care.
3. Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
4. Strong organisational and leadership skills.
5. Passion for delivering high-quality community care.
6. Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks for care services.
7. Good budgeting, business management, and commercial skills.
