Introduction to the role: Grace Eyre provides supported housing across Brighton & Hove and West Sussex. Our team provides housing and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental ill health and autistic adults.
We are responsible for all aspects of property management and housing support for our tenants.
The role will oversee two departments, Housing and Estates, to ensure a good quality of service delivery and tenant satisfaction.

Brief outline of the role: The role will be responsible for the service delivery and day to management of our housing offer and engage with our partner agencies, Landlords, local authorities and other professional bodies.
The role will oversee a housing team who consist of a Housing Manager and a team of housing officers, peer co-ordinator and peer mentors.
Alongside the housing team the role will oversee the Estates Team which manages leases, repairs & maintenance, compliance and health and safety for all the properties our tenants live in, and staff work from.
You will be responsible for managing budgets and working with internal departments to create good working relationships.
You will ensure the team are trained and up to date with any changes in legalisation and that staff are supervised and supported in line with Grace Eyres policies.

Successful applicants will be required to provide details of 2 referees. One must be your most recent employer, however if you have not undertaken employed work before, a reference from voluntary work, educational facility or personal reference can be accepted. You must also undertake an enhanced DBS Disclosure and provide proof of your right to work in the UK.
