This is an exciting opportunity to join the operational team at a Build to Rent development as a Leasing Professional.
We're looking for an individual who can be an integral member of the community team, responsible for building and maintaining the reputation and brand of the building in the local community, driving revenue, managing costs, and achieving the highest possible approval rating for service and team engagement.
Your objective will be to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals and referrals.
You will perform the day-to-day leasing activities and support resident satisfaction initiatives. You will have a proven appreciation of what it takes to deliver outstanding customer service.
The following skillset is desired:
1. Proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, sales, or marketing that demonstrates a customer service and experience background.
2. Demonstrable experience in a leasing/lettings capacity.
3. Proficiency in executing exceptional customer service within a customer-facing role.
4. Excellent written and spoken English.
5. Exceptional IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system).
6. Excellent relationship-building skills, both with entirely new and long-term residents and team members.
7. Efficient and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a sensitive, professional, and well-mannered nature.
8. Ability to work exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contribute to an established open culture.
9. Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
