ATS Learning is looking for a Learning Programme Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) with proven track record of delivering results to take ownership of a project to develop internal training for the Transportation Associate Programme (TAP) and In House Shunting (IHS). This project will look to bring driver training in house to scale up the TAP and IHS programmes across the EU. Key job responsibilities - Define and develop training standards for driver training - Design and deliver training content - Launch programme content across the EU - Build mechanisms for quality control and training audit - Support EU TAP/IHS launches - Ensure compliance with industry best practice and local legislation - Engage with key internal stakeholders including Legal, PXT, WHS, Operations, ACES, CF/SC Learning teams and TAP Leadership - Use data to inform decision making and quantify impact to cost savings, learning experience and safety - Provide timely and accurate updates to TAP Leadership on programme developments A day in the life As a learning programme manager you'll hit the ground running and take ownership of TAP/IHS training internalisation projects. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders to develop scalable and cost effective solutions that can be rolled out across the EU in Q1/2 2025 in one of ATS' fastest growing teams. During the 12 month FTC you would have significant ownership and impact to TAP/programmes and an opportunity to make a big difference to the quality of training undertaken by our drivers. Basic Qualifications - Degree or prior relevant industry experience - Relevant experience managing multiple stakeholders - Relevant experience leading projects in a fast paced environment - Relevant experience in a learning or transport management role - Relevant experience with IT Skills including advanced level in MS Excel Preferred Qualifications - Basic project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI or similar - Experience managing driver training - An additional language such as Italian, Spanish, German or French Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
