Clinical Services Manager - Physiotherapy Lincoln Private Hospital 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £50,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Lincoln Private Hospital is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Clinical Services Manager to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: Lead and manage the delivery of physiotherapy services, ensuring clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency. Maintain a visible clinical presence, providing expert input where required and ensuring evidence-based practice is embedded across the team. Ensure appropriate physiotherapy provision across all areas, including inpatient wards, outpatients, rehabilitation, and specialist clinics. Ensure compliance with all relevant professional, regulatory, and organisational standards (e.g. HCPC, CSP, CQC). Contribute to business planning, KPI reporting, and contract performance as required. Represent the physiotherapy service at clinical governance meetings, operational forums, and multidisciplinary teams. Applicants should meet the following criteria: HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with significant post-registration experience. Demonstrable leadership experience within a physiotherapy or AHP service. Strong understanding of clinical governance, service delivery, and operational management. Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on service delivery.
