As part of the public sector team, you will be involved in providing advice on a wide range of non-contentious matters concerning the application of public sector procurement rules, public sector contracts, grant funding, subsidy control and local authority vires.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has experience of working with public sector clients or has worked in-house for a public sector body. Experience of public procurement law, commercial contracts and/or subsidy control is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities will include:
1. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals across the firm on some of the largest public sector projects across the UK.
2. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of the Public Sector, you will play an integral part in delivering advice and furthering our public sector offering.
3. Covering a wide range of non-contentious matters concerning the application of public sector procurement rules, public sector contracts, grant funding, subsidy control and local authority vires.
Experience and skills required:
1. 0-2 PQE within Commercial & IP law, ideally with some public sector exposure.
2. A confident, resilient and ambitious approach.
3. A hard-working ethic, a credible approach and a dynamic personality.
