DN Colleges Group is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer in Computing to deliver engaging and effective teaching on a range of further education courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum development, classroom management, and student assessment, ensuring that all learners achieve their full potential. This role is part time, working Tuesday - Thursday 8:30am-5pm, and Friday 8:30am-4pm. Pro rata salary: £24,776.62 - £32,300.28 What we're looking for: Appropriate teaching qualification or substantial industrial experience (or willingness to work towards a teaching qualification). Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification at Level 3. Experience in a lecturing or training role within the Further and Higher Education sector. Strong knowledge of software development, IT security, computer systems, programming, and web development. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality and diversity. What you'll be doing: Deliver high-quality teaching and manage the classroom environment. Develop learning materials and mark student assignments. Contribute to curriculum development and course leadership. Use innovative teaching techniques and integrate ICT as a learning tool. Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support.
