Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a rolling temporary contract in Manchester.
The position is due to start next week on a full-time basis. The rates are;
* £20 per flat
* £24 per house
* £26 per block
The ideal candidate will have experience conducting stock condition surveys and validating HHSRS on electronic tablets for social housing providers.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
* Using knowledge and understanding of fire safety compliance including approved document part B
* Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
* Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
* Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures
Experience required:
* Stock condition surveying
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* HHSRS
* Understanding of fire safety compliance
* Good communication skills
Working hours:
* Monday – Friday
* 9am - 5pm
