Job Title: Chartered Associate Fire Engineer
Location: Remote OR Hybrid from our offices in Manchester/London
Bureau Veritas is looking for a UK experienced Senior Fire Engineer to join our team of industry leading experts, providing high quality technical guidance and innovative solutions for a diverse client base. The role will involve providing comprehensive fire engineering services throughout all stages of building design, construction and operation ensuring the current standards and codes of practice are used throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate requirements include:
1. Degree in Fire Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification.
2. A Masters in Fire Engineering or Engineering will be an advantage.
3. Chartered Engineer.
4. Experience of site visits/inspection for existing buildings and during construction.
5. Experience of structural fire engineering would be of benefit.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Ability to prioritise.
8. Customer focused and strong interpersonal skills.
9. Strong analytical and good report writing skills.
10. Proficiency in the use of standard IT applications (Word, Excel).
11. Strives to improve performance and uses innovative methods to get there.
