The opportunity
Nuclear Power Programmes are delivering client critical works to some of our major UK and European Projects. Our client's embedded teams are delivering support to Hinkley Point C (New build power station in the South West), by helping develop technologies in SMR (Small modular Reactors). Due to this our client is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Skills Coordinator to join their team and become responsible for supporting the discipline manager and group leads.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Creation and regular update of a data base with people + type of competence + competency levels (DISC referential).
Prepare mid term vision of necessary competences with group leads.
Create a discipline organisation chart and update it as needed.
Follow up on expert population, including steps of the expert process.
Experts follow up, staffing/people file – Regular updates.
Support with new comers onboarding, leads with recruitment, and leads for renewal of services in the different teams.
