We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager, Care Manager, or Deputy Manager ready to step up to RM who wants to progress and work for a quickly growing care company based near Liverpool. They operate in the residential sector and also have a supported living side, supporting young adults with LD and mental health issues.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to work closely with the owners to develop and grow the company, as well as managing a team of carers, care coordinators, and other staff. You will also be expected to help out with supervisions, staff recruitment, client and family liaison, risk assessments, inductions/onboarding, care plans, etc. They are offering:
1. Starting salary up to £35,000 per annum DOE

The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the delivery of care services
2. Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations
3. Managing staff and resources effectively
4. Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
5. Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
6. Assessments, supervisions, and overall management of the care teams
7. Following of policies and procedures
8. Close work with the business owners to plan the growth over the next few years
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have:
1. Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, ideally level 5 or be working towards it
2. Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role
3. Good knowledge of CQC regulations
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
5. Strong character and be a good communicator
6. Strong advocate for person-centred care
