Make outbound calls to support customers with their inquiries. Aim for first-contact resolution wherever possible. Complete administrative tasks as assigned by your manager. Work towards set KPIs to ensure excellent service delivery. What We’re Looking For Customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment). Confident and professional communicator with a friendly approach. Problem solver: Ability to think on your feet and prioritize tasks.
