Key Responsibilities Include
* Developing and delivering solutions: Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored solutions to address their customs duty challenges.
* Managing client relationships and projects: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Mentoring and developing junior colleagues: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, fostering their professional growth.
* Staying up to date with technical developments: Keep abreast of the latest customs duty regulations and best practices.
* Contributing to innovation: Work with the team to develop new ideas and solutions, enhancing our customs software and consulting services.
* Data analysis and reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to analyse data, generate reports, and deliver valuable insights to clients.
* Simplifying complex customs concepts: Clearly explain and communicate intricate customs regulations and solutions to clients in an understandable manner.
