Job summary
To lead on development, oversight and delivery of the women's pathway for the London Pathways Partnership across all aspects of the Offender Personality Disorder Community Pathway including screening, assessment formulation and the development of gender responsive interventions. The post will involve development, oversight and delivery of the women's strategy in partnership with probation and third sector partner providers.
Main duties of the job
1. Psychological support to HMPPS women's approved premises in London
2. Psychological support to the OPD women's hostel
3. Development, oversight and delivery of the London OPD women's hub, in partnership with probation and third sector partner providers
4. Development, oversight and delivery of gender-specific approaches to formulation, assessment and interventions within the London women's OPD pathway
5. Attendance at women's OPD strategy and LPP senior leadership meetings for London and more widely, where required
6. Responsibility for monitoring performance and delivery of the London OPD women's pathway for LPP, including preparation of quarterly reports and management and escalation of risks
7. Close liaison with partner organisation women's leads ( HMPPS, Women in Prison and Penrose) and LPP service and clinical leads
8. Development, oversight and delivery of the London OPD women's strategy, in partnership with probation and third sector partner providers
9. Coordination and oversight of the LPP women's champions across London
10. Planning the women's pathway networking event
11. Women's MBT quarterly reports
12. Completion and monitoring of the women's risk and issues log, ensuring information is escalated.

Qualifications
Essential
41. Entry-level qualification in applied psychological therapy/mental health/social welfare profession or equivalent and demonstrable practice in this field (ie professional Doctorate, or combination of MSc plus PG Diploma level/supervised practice/additional training) that has been accepted for the purposes of professional registration.. Additional training beyond entry-level qualification in a specialised area of psychological practice (through formal post-qualification training (PG Diploma or equivalent), OR a combination of specialist short courses and/an evidenced portfolio of supervised practice-based learning in a specialist area of clinical psychological therapy practice, assessed by a registered body and/or an experienced clinical supervisor to be of equal level to a Postgraduate Diploma or higher.. Completed training course in clinical supervision and/or accredited to supervise qualified psychological practitioners in relevant discipline.. Registered with professional body or regulatory body as appropriate to psychological therapy discipline ie HCPC/UKCP/BACP/BABCP..
