Take a closer look at the role: Job description: We have an opportunity for a Project Delivery Lead to join the Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will ensuring the successful execution and completion of parts and assemblies to the required delivery dates to ensure on-time delivery of projects. What you will be doing: Responsible for processing design releases into manufacturing to ensure that build and development targets are achieved. Responsible for maintaining stock as necessary, scheduling re-orders of existing parts and coordinating the manufacturing schedules to ensure all targets are met. Responsible for the on-time delivery of all parts within the designated engineering sections. Handling engineering changes through operations and managing the Bill of Materials for the responsible engineering section. Pro-active communication with all relevant stakeholders to report project progress and achieve delivery of all components and projects. To report any deviations from the project plan to stake holders in a timely manner to mitigate risk and manage expectations. Develop a thorough working knowledge of the company’s ERP system and contribute to its ongoing development. Requirements A sound understanding of basic engineering will be essential. A good understanding of machining and composite manufacture processes. Thorough understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. Proven strong negotiation skills. Previous ERP experience. Able to perform duties in a timely manner with minimal errors. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders. Clear and concise communication, both verbally and via email. Previous experience of MS applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Flexible attitude with the ability to work within a team in a high pressure rapidly changing environment.
