The purpose of this role is to provide pro-active administrative and business support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring all aspects of their business lives are organised in a timely, efficient and professional manner whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
This role will be directly involved in activities related to running a UK plc business with multiple subsidiaries across the globe.
Responsibilities:
* Managing CEO's Schedule & Calendar
* Coordinating Meetings
* Handling Communication On Behalf Of The CEO
* Organizing Travel Arrangements & Itineraries
* Conducting Research & Preparing Reports
* Assisting With Presentation Preparation
* Maintaining Confidentiality & Discretion
* Managing Office Operations & Administrative Tasks
* Liaising With Internal & External Stakeholders
* Monitoring & Responding To Emails
* Handling Expense Reports & Budgeting
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives
* Previous experience providing EA support in an international business working across multiple time zones would be an advantage
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
* Positive can-do demeanour with a solution focused approach

This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in an EMEA office 2-3 days per week.
