We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to work on a full-time basis at The Roseate Reading 5* Luxury Boutique Hotel in Reading.
The Reception Supervisor / Duty Manager will work on a basis of 4 days on and 4 days off. The role is focused on customer service, creating a welcoming environment and providing superb facilities for our guests, whether traveling for business or leisure.
The Reception Supervisor / Duty Manager will be responsible for ensuring that guests are completely satisfied with their stay and that the service they receive meets or exceeds expectations. Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests is paramount to every task completed.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Provide constant customer service at the front desk
* Check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring an excellent welcoming and departure experience
* Answer telephone and email inquiries
* Provide guests with information on the local area
* Handle customer comments in an efficient and professional manner
* Cover Duty Management shifts
* Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a 4*-5* environment is essential
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment
* Friendly, enthusiastic approach
