We currently have a vacancy for a part time Administrator to provide key administrative support to our Regional Workers in our ‘East Team’. PURPOSE To provide high quality administrative support to the Regional Workers in the East Team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Providing administrative support for Regional Workers as required, including the use of CRM Handling enquiries by phone, email and in person, including those regarding our Christian ministry, being able to explain these to parents, teachers, young people, etc. Generating regular newsletters for the Regional Workers Creating publicity material for events and residentials WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking applicants with strong administrative and relational skills, who enjoy working across a variety of workstreams simultaneously, and who are committed to excellence in supporting the vision and ministry of SU Scotland. Applicants for this post should ideally have some previous experience working in an administrative role.
