We have the perfect opportunity for you What you'll be doing: Coordinate the hire of plant machinery and operators, ensuring efficient scheduling based on skills and availability. Manage data entry and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets with project and financial information from purchase orders. Provide administrative support to the operations team, including handling QuickBooks entries and generating reports. Use Google Suite to manage office tasks and assist with documentation. Handle phone calls professionally and communicate effectively with clients and team members. What we're looking for: Proven experience in scheduling, ideally within the plant, construction, or rail sectors. Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and data entry, as well as general office software. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. Knowledge of the plant hire industry is essential. Full UK Driving Licence required.
