We are seeking a dedicated Class 2 HIAB driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short or long distances while operating a variety of trucks.
Duties:
1. Drive trucks to transport goods and materials to various destinations
2. Load and unload cargo
3. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
4. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
5. Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving
6. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as company policies
Skills:
1. Proven work experience as a Truck Driver
2. Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
3. Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
4. No recent moving or driving violations
5. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
6. Delivery driver, flatbed, or commercial driving experience is a plus
Must have HIAB License
