Role Specification: Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times within the Outdoor Spa Terrace, bars, restaurants, and any other department. Assist in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service to guests across all hotel and spa areas, particularly the service of cocktails. Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner. Coordinate with bar staff to ensure the availability of all beverages. Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest. Maintain compliance with applicable health and safety standards, dress code, and other serving standards. Undertake new or refresher training sessions as required. Personal Specification: Essentials Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of cocktails, and other beverages. Good understanding of liquor licencing, food hygiene and quality standards. Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desirables Experience with large volume covers. Food Safety Training. Shift Pattern: Part-time, and Full-time opportunities available. Must be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week.
