The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Rebranding Project Manager to lead and oversee a comprehensive rebranding initiative. This role is responsible for the successful planning and execution of rebranding efforts across all aspects of the business, including variation submissions, implementation of new packaging components, and updates to promotional materials. Key responsibilities include coordinating timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders to drive execution while maintaining an uninterrupted supply to the market.

Strategic Project Planning and Execution:
* Develop and meticulously refine the comprehensive rebranding project plan, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
* Establish and maintain clear project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, driving consistent progress.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration:
* Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve seamless project execution.
* Drive alignment and collaboration with Regulatory, Quality, PV, Artwork, Medical, and Commercial teams, ensuring cohesive rebranding implementation.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
* Proactively engage and manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular and transparent project updates.
* Develop and deliver clear and concise presentations and reports to senior management, highlighting project progress and key performance indicators.
Risk and Issue Management:
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
* Escalate critical issues and collaborate with the reporting manager to develop effective solutions.
Budget and Resource Management:
* Manage and monitor project budget and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial targets.
* Provide accurate and timely budget updates, identifying and addressing any variances.
Change Management and Brand Consistency:
* Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new brand identity across the organization.
* Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels and materials.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews and prepare comprehensive project closure reports.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
* Applied project management experience, preferably in managing branding implementation projects and cross-functional teams; (Project Management professional certification, preferred).
* Excellent inter-personal skills; strong relationship management, project management, negotiation and collaboration skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience facilitating meetings to obtain business requirements, functional specifications, and to achieve objectives.
* Ability to work independently, under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times in a fast paced environment.
