Our client is a multidiscipline organisation that works in the water sector, they are currently seeking a Executive Assistant based in Birmingham to provide support to the MD and other Directors as required, and to be responsible for company marketing activities, including presentations and social media presence. This is a hybrid working role - Mon/Tue/Thurs office based and Wed/Fri working from home. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* To provide assistance and support to Directors with regard to documents, arranging meetings etc.
* To update and create new company presentations (PowerPoint), in accordance with corporate image.
* To assist in the development and preparation of advertising material, exhibitions, promotional material and the like.
* To coordinate with the team for the creation of technical articles, press releases and submissions into SKion quarterly newsletter.
* To be responsible for the co-ordinated output of PR material and activities to the various media
* Creation of digital/social media postings (LinkedIn)
* Maintaining case study library and presentations/slides
* Undertaking ad hoc administrative projects as and when required.
* To comply with all Health and Safety responsibilities commensurate with the role, as outlined in the Health and Safety policy
* Any other duties commensurate with the position as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements Qualifications/Skills:
* GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
* Excellent Powerpoint skills
* Recognised Marketing or Public Relations Qualification or demonstrable successful track record in field
Knowledge and experience: • Demonstrable, relevant experience in a marketing / senior administrative capacity
