Role: Site Manager
Location: Scarborough
Rate: £250 per day CIS (8 hour day)
Overview of role:
We are currently recruiting for a bespoke house builder to oversee a 2-year new build site of 35 plots.
The candidate must have a proven track record in delivering high-end bespoke housing projects.
1. Strong eye for H&S
2. Quality & Detail
3. Subcontractor management
4. Toolbox talks and RAMS
5. Ability to report effectively to the contract manager
6. Be sensitive to the local community
7. Ability to read the architect's designs and plans
