This is an incredible opportunity to work on high-profile projects, including strategic refurbishments, office relocations, and workplace transformation initiatives.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Workspace Designer, you will play a key role in designing and optimising workplace environments across a prestigious estate.
Your expertise in AutoCAD, workspace planning, and agile working practices will be critical in delivering high-quality designs that meet both statutory and organisational standards. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, ensuring that workspace solutions enhance functionality and meet business needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Design and deliver workspace proposals, creating space planning drawings in AutoCAD for various projects and business-as-usual requirements.\n\n * \n\n Advise stakeholders on workplace optimisation, agile working, and hybrid work strategies.\n\n * \n\n Manage workspace changes, furniture allocations, and move management services with a strong focus on customer experience.\n\n * \n\n Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver workplace solutions.\n\n * \n\n Maintain workspace data and asset management systems within Planon and contribute to BIM modelling.\n\n * \n\n Support project planning and financial forecasting for workspace and interior design budgets.\n\n * \n\n Ensure all workspace solutions align with statutory and organisational standards.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n Degree or equivalent in a design-related subject.\n\n * \n\n Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.\n\n * \n\n Experience designing and planning workspace solutions for complex environments.\n\n * \n\n Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively.\n\n * \n\n Knowledge of FF&E procurement, delivery coordination, and installation sequencing.\n\n * \n\n Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.\n\nDesirable Skills\n\n * \n\n Experience using Revit and SketchUp.\n\n * \n\n Knowledge of working within heritage buildings and their constraints.\n\n * \n\n Experience with workplace management systems such as Planon.\n\n * \n\n Understanding of organisational change and political sensitivities.\n\nWhy Join?\n\nThis role offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of workspace innovation within a prestigious and historically significant environment.
