Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Manager to run the service department in this commercial Main Dealer setting. This demanding role will require a candidate with the drive and ambition to push forward a Dealership with a team of 14 to manage and draw the best from. Responsibilities
• Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business
• Wort to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets
• Undertake financial and budgetary requirements of the role
• Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications
• Experience in the role of running a service department
• Proven track record of supporting, and mentoring service team members
• Ability to oversee service department duties
• A stable work history
