Role:This is a full-time role, assisting the IT Manager in providing support to the Gas and Moyle Operational Teams through the management of technical support contracts, planning of work and delivery of key projects for both the Gas and Moyle OT environments. KeyDuties: Management and co-ordination of maintenance and support activities on the Moyle OT Systems, working with the system vendor to schedule work, implement change control procedures and deliver agreed work packages. Review and sign-off of infrastructure and application delivery projects for both the Gas and Moyle OT environments, with a requirement to lead the delivery of key projects for Moyle. Co-ordination of Penetration Testing across our Gas and Moyle OT environments, scoping the testing, managing the contractor to deliver and then assessing the results for inclusion in the Risk Management process. Driving service delivery improvements, including Incident Management response, within both the Moyle and Gas OT support teams. Provide input, clarification and queries into the Gas OT Support Contract Management process, assisting the Gas Ops team in determining whether key IT-Related KPIs have been met. Management of the operational models used by the Gas Ops team when exercising and potentially managing a Gas Emergency on the NI network. Support the delivery of standards, methods, and procedures for the design, modification, and maintenance of our OT systems, with a keen focus on security considerations. Co-ordinate Incident Response Plans across both the Gas and Moyle OT environments, planning and managing testing of the plans. Ensuring all governance and control is followed by maintenance and support vendors Working with internal and external stakeholders for audit and compliance needs across both the Gas and Moyle Operational Systems. Supporting the IT Manager where required (e.g. Reporting, Risk Management, Budgeting, Procurement). EssentialCriteria: Previous experience of working with Operational Technologies, preferably in the energy industry. Strong understanding of OT systems and what they do, including Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, Leak Detection systems and Industrial Control Systems. 5 years experience in managing the delivery of technology projects. 5 years experience of managing contractors, with the ability to prioritise their work. Ability to quickly embrace and learn new technologies and systems. A methodical approach with accuracy is essential. Ability to analyse complex issues and provide pragmatic solutions Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to build effective relationships with key areas of the business as well as external stakeholders and partners. Ability to work effectively both unsupervised and as part of a team, ensuring tight timescales can be met under pressure. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Good time management, reliable and conscientious.
